Candidates with 4 to 6 years’ experience will typically be considered for Senior Member Technical (P2).
Candidates with 6 to 12 years’ experience demonstrating greater technical leadership may be considered for Technology Lead (P3).
More experienced candidates may also mentor junior engineers, contribute to technical direction, participate in architectural discussions and help drive engineering best practices across the team.
Robust commercial experience developing enterprise applications using Java 8+, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, REST APIs and microservices.
Strong commercial experience developing enterprise-grade Front-End applications using Angular and/or ReactJS, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5 and CSS3.
Experience building responsive, component-based web applications and integrating Front-End applications with RESTful APIs.
Experience designing and developing REST APIs, distributed applications or cloud-native applications.
Experience with Git-based source control, Maven, AWS and one or more major RDBMS, preferably PostgreSQL.
Experience working within CI/CD pipelines, automated testing practices and modern DevOps environments.
Experience writing automated tests across the application stack, including Front-End tests using Playwright, Cypress or similar frameworks, and Back-End/API tests using appropriate testing frameworks.
