Preferred Candidate
1 -5 years of experience in brand-side procurement/purchasing.
Experience in Perfume, Cosmetics, Beauty, Personal Care, FMCG, Consumer Goods, or Packaging industry.
Key Responsibilities
Source and develop vendors for packaging materials, raw materials, and accessories.
Compare quotations and negotiate pricing with suppliers.
Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs).
Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely deliveries.
Maintain procurement records and vendor database.
Monitor inventory levels and plan purchases accordingly.
Coordinate with internal teams for procurement requirements.
Ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely availability of materials.
Resolve vendor-related issues and maintain robust supplier relationships.
