We are looking for a Patent Associate with 2 to 4 years of experience in patent prosecution and patent searching. The ideal candidate should have a solid academic background in Chemistry and hands-on experience in Indian patent practice.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct patentability, prior art, FTO, and infringement searches.
Draft, file, and prosecute patent applications.
Prepare responses to examination reports and office actions.
Conduct legal and technical research.
Support patent portfolio management and other prosecution-related activities.
