We are currently hiring for an IBM BPM Developer role with VLink India Pvt. Ltd. based in Noida.
Please find the requirements below:
3+ years of experience in the IT industry with IBM BPM / IBM BAW
Hands-on experience with IBM BPM v8.x or higher and IBM BAW v18.0.0.2 or higher
Robust experience in designing, developing, and implementing business processes using IBM BPM/BAW
Experience developing and integrating applications using REST and SOAP/XML web services
Good knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM) concepts and workflow automation
Experience in gathering business requirements and participating in requirement gathering sessions
Ability to perform technical design, development, enhancement, and customization of BPM applications
Experience in configuring and deploying Business Integration modules
Robust troubleshooting and debugging skills for IBM WebSphere Process Server application issues
Experience conducting unit testing, system testing, and supporting UAT activities
Ability to perform technical design reviews and code reviews while following development best practices
Experience maintaining and enhancing existing BPM applications
Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Willingness to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
