Handle customer enquiries via email/chat/phone and in person, giving prompt answers.
Working on adhere timeline and proper response on customer
Handling grievance and report escalations to manager for resolution
Collaborate with internal stakeholders on change requests and payments.
Ensuring compliance pertaining to management of documents.
Highest level of written and verbal communication skills
Fair knowledge of basic tools for business fulfilment
Analysis data and open to work on key projects in enhancing customer experience.
Strictly follow rules and policies of the company.
Qualification Experience
Required Graduate
1 to 5 years of relevant experience in customer service
Goal orientation, working effectively with the teams, interpersonal and influencing skills to manage customers effectively
Proven track record of achieving deadlines and help in target achievement for the company.
Excellent oral written communication skills in English as well as the local language
