We are looking for a skilled Team Leader to join our team at HRD Diamond Institute Private Limited. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in jewellery grading and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility
Manage and supervise a team of jewellery graders to ensure high-quality output.
Develop and implement effective grading processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Conduct regular quality checks to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Provide training and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.
Analyze data and reports to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.

Job Requirements
Proven experience as a Team Leader or similar role in the jewellery industry.
Robust knowledge of jewellery grading principles and practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Solid analytical and decision-making skills.
Experience working with diamond jewellery is an added advantage.
