Job Summary
Assist in preparing export/import documents such as invoice, packing list, shipping bill, and bill of lading.
Support senior staff in maintaining records of export and import transactions.
Help ensure documents comply with customs regulations and trade policies.
Assist with bank documentation including letters of credit (LC).
Coordinate with customs brokers and support customs clearance work, including field visits to ports, customs offices, or warehouses when required.
Perform basic documentation, data entry, and filing tasks.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Commerce, Business, or related field.
Basic knowledge of export-import procedures and logistics.
Positive communication, organizational, and MS Office skills.
