Roles and Responsibilities :
Develop and maintain financial plans, forecasts, and reports to support business decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement in financial processes and implement changes as needed.
Ensure accurate and timely delivery of financial data, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Provide expert guidance on Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) compliance.
Job Requirements :
5+ years of experience in finance leadership roles within the insurance industry.
Solid background in FPA (Financial Planning & Analysis) or similar function.
Proficiency in Associate Vice President Financial Planning and Analysis software tools.
