Role & responsibilities
Analyze financial statements, cash flows, and business performance of stressed companies.
Conduct financial due diligence and credit analysis.
Prepare financial models, valuation reports, and restructuring proposals.
Support debt resolution, restructuring, and turnaround assignments.
Assist in preparing Information Memorandums (IMs), investor presentations, and reports.
Perform industry, market, and competitor research.
Coordinate with lenders, investors, legal advisors, and clients.
Prepare MIS reports, financial summaries, and management presentations.
Preferred candidate profile
Must be a CA qualified
1- 3 years of experience in Financial Analysis, Stressed Assets, Insolvency, Investment Banking, Credit Analysis, Valuation, or Corporate Finance.
CA Freshers with solid analytical skills and a keen interest in stressed assets are encouraged to apply.
