Monitor clients' physical, emotional, and mental health conditions.
Observe and promptly report any changes in the client's health or behaviour.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, and other healthcare specialists.
Ensure proper hygiene and a secure setting for clients.
To reach clients place on time (2 Wheeler vital criteria)
Have to reach on time as soon as possible to client’s place for in case of any emergency (24 x7). (no time bound)
Update family members and management regarding the client's condition on daily basis.
Need to know the entire hospital operation process (admission, discharge, and follow up with concern departments.)
Assist members in banking task, mediclaim & health Insurance process, co-ordinate Govt. related services, utility process etc.
