We are looking for experienced Reliability Engineers Electrical & Instrumentation to improve asset reliability, reduce downtime, and enhance operational efficiency through effective maintenance and reliability practices across plant operations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement reliability improvement programs for electrical and instrumentation assets.
Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and failure investigations.
Drive preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance initiatives.
Monitor equipment health, reliability metrics, and maintenance KPIs.
Identify prospects for performance enhancement and cost optimization.
Ensure compliance with safety,
quality, and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to maximize plant availability and reliability.
Requirements
B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering.
10–15 years of experience in reliability engineering, maintenance, or asset management.
Robust knowledge of Electrical Systems, Instrumentation & Control Systems, RCA, FMEA, RCM, Predictive Maintenance, and Condition Monitoring.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
