Role & responsibilities

Household Operations
Manage the smooth day-to-day functioning of the residence.
Ensure cleanliness, upkeep, maintenance, and presentation of all household areas.
Supervise domestic staff including housekeeping, kitchen, drivers, security personnel, and support staff.
Create and monitor duty rosters and daily work schedules.

Guest & Hospitality Management
Welcome and coordinate visits of guests, relatives, and VIP visitors.
Coordinate family gatherings, celebrations, and special events.

Administration & Coordination
Liaise with vendors, service providers, maintenance agencies, and contractors.
Monitor household inventories and replenish supplies as required.




Ensure timely servicing and maintenance of household equipment and facilities.

Work Requirements
Willingness to work beyond standard hours whenever required.
Available to work on weekends and public holidays during family events or operational needs.
