Key responsibilities :
Achieve sales target for distributors in assigned territories ,explore current distributors , provide product training to existing and current distributors
Tender support: Compliance sheet preparation
Conduct market research for new products, verify regulatory requirements, identify competitors, develop & execute go-to-market plans and assess market potential and provide the feedback to senior management.
Constantly be updated with in-depth knowledge of business products and current trends which could lead to current applications or markets.
Build and monitor monthly sales forecast and develop necessary corrective actions ,maintain data analytics to inform and propose strategic decisions.
Initiate weekly sales meeting with existing distributors , provide weekly & monthly sales & marketing reporting to senior management
End to end logistic and finance related coordination between distributors and HQ
Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualified qualification
Minimum 7 years of sales or service experience within the healthcare/life sciences industry
Experience with medical freezers, refrigerators, and CO2 incubators is highly desirable
Exceptional organizational abilities, with a proven capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Robust strategic mindset, along with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Good command of English and excellent presentation skills.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communications skills.
