Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager (Solar EPC) to lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely completion, effective site coordination, resource planning, and successful project delivery while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily project execution activities across multiple solar project sites.
Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, vendors, and contractors.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within defined timelines.




Resolve execution challenges and provide technical guidance to teams.
Plan manpower requirements and coordinate resource allocation.
Ensure quality standards, safety compliance, and proper project documentation.
Review progress reports and conduct regular project review meetings.
Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for timely material availability.
Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resource utilization.
Ensure customer satisfaction through productive project execution.
