Role & responsibilities
Site Inspections: Conduct field visits to inspect residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
Valuation Support: Measure property dimensions, collect site data, photograph properties, and verify boundary details for property valuation reports.
Report Preparation: Assist Senior Valuers in drafting technical valuation reports, cost estimation reports, and bank appraisal documents.
Document Verification: Verify land records, approved layout plans, building permits, and title deeds against actual site measurements.
Coordination: Coordinate with clients, property owners, and field teams to schedule timely site visits.

Preferred candidate profile
Educational Qualification: Diploma or B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering/ Any Engineering Degree.
Skills:
basic knowledge of property valuation procedures and civil construction measurement units.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (Excel, Word).
Valuable communication skills in local language and English.
Ownership: Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license and a vehicle for field visits.
