Key Responsibilities
Design and implement training modules across departments (F&B;, Front Office, Housekeeping, Spa, etc.)
Conduct regular skill assessments and feedback sessions to identify growth opportunities
Collaborate with department heads to tailor learning paths for operational excellence
Champion wellness-centric service philosophies in all training content
Monitor training effectiveness and continuously refine programs for impact
Support onboarding and orientation for new hires, ensuring brand alignment from day one





Ideal Candidate
Prior experience in training roles within luxury resorts or wellness hospitality
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and experiential training methods
Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
Passionate about team development, guest experience, and wellness culture
