Role & responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
Prepare and manage GST workings, return filing support, and reconciliations.
Handle TDS calculations, payments, and return compliances.
Manage banking transactions, payment processing, and bank reconciliations.
Handle foreign inward and outward transactions and related accounting compliances.
Maintain books of accounts and prepare MIS reports.
Coordinate and manage ROC compliances for Private Limited Companies and LLPs.
Assist in Income Tax matters and annual compliances.
Ensure adherence to statutory and business compliance requirements.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities as required.
Support finalization of accounts and annual filings.
Preferred candidate profile
CA Inter (Dropout) preferred.
Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
Prior work experience in a Chartered Accountant (CA) firm is mandatory.
Valuable understanding of:
GST
TDS
Income Tax
ROC compliances
Banking and foreign transactions
Compliance requirements for Private Limited Companies and LLPs
Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and accounting software.
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
Exposure to CA firm workplace.
Ability to independently handle accounting and compliance functions.
Detail-oriented with solid follow-up and documentation skills.
Capable of managing timelines and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
Mandatory Requirement: Candidate must have prior experience working in a CA Firm. CA Inter dropouts with relevant experience will be given preference
