Role & responsibilities
Project & Materials Accounting
Maintain accounting records related to project expenditures and material consumption.
Monitor project costs and ensure accurate accounting treatment.
Assist in reconciliation of project-related accounts and inventories.
Accounts Payable & Bill Processing
Verification and processing of vendor invoices.
Ensure timely booking of expenses and adherence to company policies.
Coordinate with user departments for invoice approvals and supporting documents.
GST Compliance
Review GST applicability on purchases and services.
Assist in GST return preparation, reconciliation, and compliance activities.
Ensure proper maintenance of GST-related records and documentation.
TDS Compliance
Verify TDS applicability and deduction as per Income Tax provisions.
Assist in TDS return filing, reconciliations, and statutory compliance.




Maintain vendor tax records and support assessments, if required.
Banking & Treasury Operations
Process banking transactions and payment requests.
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor daily fund movements.
Coordinate with banks for routine operational requirements.
General Accounting & Reporting
Pass accounting entries accurately in ERP systems.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
Prepare account reconciliations and support audit requirements.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidates pursued CA/ CA Intermediate or CMA / CMA Inter or MBA/PGDM (Finance)
