Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media platforms.
Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with store teams and internal departments for issue resolution and service requests.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and follow-ups.
Assist customers with product information, order status, exchange, return, and service-related queries.
Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution of concerns.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance brand loyalty.
Escalate complex issues to the concerned department whenever required.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly customer service reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and customer service standards.

Preferred candidate profile
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.




Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to remain calm and professional while dealing with difficult situations.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
Solid interpersonal and coordination skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a rapid-paced environment.

Qualifications
MBA/Graduate in any discipline.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
Experience in customer service, retail, jewellery, or hospitality will be an added advantage.
