Encompassing front desk and backend functions.
Accountable for ensuring seamless operational flow of Mutual funds,
Coordinated with CAMS to facilitate accurate processing and timely payouts while maintaining regulatory compliance
Process mutual fund purchase, redemption, switch, SIP, STP, and SWP transactions.
Verify KYC, FATCA, CKYC, nominee, and other regulatory documentation.
Ensure timely processing of investor applications and service requests.
Coordinate with RTAs for transaction processing and issue resolution.
Handle investor account modifications such as address, bank details, nominee, and contact information updates.
Monitor transaction status and resolve pending cases.
Maintain accurate branch records and operational documentation.
Support branch audits and compliance reviews.
Reconcile daily transactions and operational reports.
Coordinate with sales teams for smooth transaction execution.
Handle customer queries regarding account statements, folios, SIP registrations, and transaction status.
Prepare MIS reports and branch operational dashboards.
Assist in onboarding recent investors and documentation verification.
