We are looking for an experienced Utility Maintenance Engineer to manage and maintain plant utility systems, with hands-on experience in Water Treatment Plant (WTP) and Water Recycle Plant (WRP) operations. The candidate should ensure uninterrupted utility services, preventive maintenance, breakdown analysis, and statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Operation & Maintenance of Water Treatment Plant (WTP) and Water Recycle Plant (WRP).
Preventive and Breakdown Maintenance of utility equipment.
Maintain Air Compressors, Cooling Towers, Chillers, Boilers, DG Sets, Pumps, Water Distribution Systems, and HVAC utilities.
Monitor water quality parameters and chemical dosing.
Perform troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical utility equipment.
Ensure minimum downtime through preventive maintenance schedules.
Coordinate with production teams for uninterrupted utility supply.
Maintain maintenance records, log sheets, and utility consumption reports.
Ensure compliance with EHS, ISO standards, and statutory regulations.
Vendor coordination and spare parts planning.
Support energy-saving and utility optimization initiatives.
