We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive (Fresher) to support the day-to-day operations of our online store. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketplaces, product management, and online customer experience. This role is a great opportunity for fresh graduates to learn and grow in the e-commerce industry.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms and marketplaces.
Upload product details including titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory information.
Monitor product availability and coordinate with internal teams for stock updates.
Assist in order processing, tracking, and ensuring timely fulfillment.
Handle basic marketplace operations such as catalog management, promotions, and offers.
Analyze sales reports and prepare basic performance updates.
Support website content updates and merchandising activities.
Coordinate with marketing, warehouse, and customer support teams.
Monitor customer reviews and feedback to improve online shopping experience.
Assist in executing online sales campaigns and promotional activities.
Stay updated with e-commerce trends and competitor activities.





Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, Marketing, or related field preferred).
Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, WooCommerce, or similar platforms is a plus.
Valuable written and verbal communication skills.
Basic understanding of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Willingness to learn current tools and processes.
Basic understanding of digital marketing and online sales concepts.

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)
Experience with product catalog management.
Knowledge of SEO-friendly product descriptions.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Ads, or marketplace dashboards.
Interest in fashion, lifestyle, retail, or consumer products.
