About the Role
We are looking for a highly creative Art Director / Senior Visualizer with strong advertising agency experience to lead visual storytelling across brands and campaigns. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing high-impact creative work across digital, print, and social platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Develop strong visual concepts for campaigns, branding, and marketing communication
Translate briefs into compelling designs and creative executions
Lead and guide junior designers/visualizers
Ensure brand consistency across all deliverables
Collaborate closely with copywriters, strategists, and client servicing teams
Handle multiple projects with tight deadlines
Present ideas confidently to internal teams and clients
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in an advertising/creative agency (mandatory)
Robust portfolio showcasing campaigns, branding, and digital work
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
Strong conceptual thinking and typography skills
Understanding of social media creatives, digital ads, and brand design
Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
Motion graphics/video skills are a plus
