We are looking for an Admin CRM Manager to manage the technical team, coordinate client projects, monitor project progress, and maintain strong customer relationships. The candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, improve team productivity, and support revenue realization through proper project execution and client coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Assign projects to the technical team based on skills and workload.
Monitor daily work progress and ensure projects are completed on time.
Track the performance and productivity of the technical team.
Coordinate with clients regarding project updates, requirements, and timelines.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor project status and resolve delays or operational issues.
Ensure quality standards are maintained in every project.
Track project-wise revenue and ensure timely project completion for revenue realization.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance and revenue reports.
Improve team productivity by implementing better work processes.
Maintain project records, CRM updates, and client documentation.
Lead the technical operations team and ensure smooth day-to-day workflow.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or MBA preferred.
3–6 years of experience in CRM, Operations, Project Coordination, Team Management, or Client Management.
Solid leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and client handling skills.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
