Responsibilities
Analyze project specifications, drawings, and documents to gather information and prepare accurate estimations.
Develop detailed cost estimates for HVAC systems within commercial projects.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements.
Research and source pricing for materials, labor, and equipment.
Prepare and present estimates to management and clients.
Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and risks within project proposals.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge on industry standards, advancements, and trends.
Track and report on estimation metrics and project costs.
Assist in contract negotiations and subcontractor/vendor selections.
Ensure all estimates comply with technical specifications, safety standards, and company policies.

Skills
Knowledge of HVAC design Calculations like E20/HAP, Duct Sizing, Pipe sizing.
Complete Knowledge of BOQ, BOM and Costing.
HVAC design and analysis.




AutoCAD or similar CAD software.
Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
Understanding of construction codes and standards.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Negotiation and contract management.

Qualifications
Proven experience in cost estimation for HVAC projects.
Robust knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and design standards.
Familiarity with estimating software and tools.
Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
