Responsibilities
Resolve inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
Assist customers in both Hindi and English to ensure explicit communication.
Provide support in translating documents and communications as needed.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality.

Skills and Qualifications
Proficient in Hindi and English, both written and verbal.
Solid communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
Familiarity with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation and reporting.
Retail or customer service experience preferred, but not mandatory.
