Job description:
Supervise restaurant operations during assigned shifts.
Lead and guide Captains, Stewards, and other service associates.
Deliver professional and courteous guest service.
Handle guest queries, complaints, and feedback promptly.
Ensure accurate order taking and timely food and beverage service.
Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and cashier teams for productive operations.
Monitor table allocation and seating arrangements.
Ensure restaurant cleanliness and compliance with hygiene standards.
Conduct pre-shift briefings and communicate daily operational updates.
Train and mentor team members on service standards and SOPs.
Monitor grooming and discipline of service staff.
Assist in achieving sales targets through effective guest engagement.
Support inventory control by monitoring restaurant supplies and service equipment.
Ensure compliance with company policies and food safety standards.

Required Qualifications
Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management preferred.




3–6 years of experience in restaurant service, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Experience in casual dining, premium dining, hotel restaurants, or hospitality brands.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Basic knowledge of restaurant POS systems.
Understanding of food and beverage service standards.
