E-commerce Executive Location: Ahmedabad
Working Days: 6 Days About the Role We are looking for an E-commerce Executive to manage and support the company’s online sales operations, product listings, marketplace activities, order management, and digital customer experience.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in e-commerce operations, solid attention to detail, and an understanding of online marketplaces, product catalog management, and sales performance. Key Responsibilities * Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations and online sales activities.
Create, update, and optimize product listings, descriptions, pricing, images, and product information.
Manage product catalogues across e-commerce platforms and marketplaces.
Monitor orders, inventory, product availability, cancellations, returns, and customer queries.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and fulfilment.
Track online sales, product performance, and key e-commerce metrics.
Identify opportunities to improve product visibility, conversions, and online sales.
Conduct competitor and market research to identify pricing, product, and promotional opportunities.




Support promotional campaigns, offers, and seasonal activities on e-commerce platforms.
Ensure accurate and timely updating of product and inventory information.
Maintain reports related to sales, orders, inventory, and marketplace performance.
Coordinate with marketing and other relevant teams to improve online brand presence and customer engagement. Required Skills E-commerce Operations
