Daily Store Operations & Billing
Supervise floor activities, opening/closing duties, and cash counter management.
Oversee point-of-sale (POS) billing software systems to ensure quick checkouts.
Ensure strict adherence to company SOPs, cleanliness, and hygiene standards.
Stock & Inventory Management
Execute inventory replenishment using data-driven forecasting tools.
Manage stock inwarding, vendor deliveries, and stock transfers.
Implement inventory controls like FIFO/FEFO to manage grocery item expiry.
Conduct periodic cycle counts and physical stock verification to minimize retail loss and shrinkage.
Team Leadership & Supervision
Manage store associates, billers, and floor staff.
Draft employee duty rosters, track attendance, and enforce store discipline.
Train and onboard team members regarding visual merchandising and customer interactions.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
