We are seeking an experienced and dedicated OT Staff Nurse. The ideal candidate will possess solid clinical expertise and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care in a quick-paced healthcare workplace, particularly in the operation theatre setting.
Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Care
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
Monitor vital signs and promptly report abnormalities to doctors.
Provide patient education and ensure effective communication.
Maintain infection control and patient safety standards.
Assist in admission, transfer, and discharge processes.
Operation Theatre Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain the operation theatre for surgical procedures.
Assist surgeons and anesthetists during operations.
Ensure all surgical instruments and equipment are sterile and ready.
Follow strict aseptic and infection control protocols.
Handle surgical instruments and supplies efficiently.
Monitor patients during and after surgery in coordination with the team.
Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and patient records.
Team Collaboration
Coordinate with doctors, surgeons, anesthetists, and multidisciplinary teams.
Maintain patient confidentiality and ethical standards.
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient records.
Support smooth functioning of the unit.
