Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, beverages, and specialty drinks.
Ensure consistency in beverage preparation and presentation.
Train and guide junior baristas and service staff.
Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards at the coffee station.
Handle customer queries and provide excellent guest service.
Support daily café operations and opening/closing procedures.

Requirements:
2–6 years of experience as a Barista in a café, restaurant, bakery, or specialty coffee outlet.
Valuable knowledge of coffee brewing methods and espresso-based beverages.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Leadership ability and team-handling experience preferred.
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and flexible shifts.
