Experience: 5–10 years (minimum 2–3 years as coordinator/academic head)
Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate with B.Ed
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee academic planning and execution for assigned wing (Junior / Senior)
Ensure age-appropriate pedagogy and foundational learning outcomes
Monitor lesson plans, notebooks, and assessment practices
Supervise class teachers and maintain discipline standards
Coordinate co-curricular activities and student development programs
Conduct parent meetings and address academic concerns
Track student performance and implement remedial strategies
Ensure compliance with school policies and safety norms
Skills Required:
Solid classroom management and mentoring ability
Understanding of child psychology and pedagogy
Organizational and coordination skills
