We are looking for a highly strategic digital marketing specialist who can drive high-quality admissions through performance marketing. This role goes beyond campaign execution—it directly impacts revenue, admissions pipeline, and brand positioning among HNI, UHNI, and global families.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Own and scale paid acquisition across Meta, Google, YouTube, and programmatic platforms
Drive high-quality lead generation aligned with admissions goals
Optimise campaigns for CPL, conversion rates, and ROI
Build high-intent audience segments (expats, NRIs, premium demographics)
Collaborate with the admissions team to improve the lead-to-enrollment funnel
Execute A/B testing across creatives, landing pages, and targeting
Implement robust tracking and attribution systems
REQUIRED SKILLS
Expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and performance marketing ecosystems
Solid understanding of attribution models and funnel optimisation
Hands-on experience with GA4, Tag Manager, and CRM integrations
Analytical mindset with solid reporting capabilities
PREFERRED BACKGROUND
8+ years in performance marketing
Agency experience (premium/luxury brands preferred)
Experience managing large budgets with measurable ROI
