Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day activities across social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Monitor and identify emerging social media trends, viral content, and platform updates.
Assist in creating monthly content calendars and campaign plans.
Coordinate with the design and content teams for timely delivery of creatives.
Schedule and publish posts across all social media platforms.
Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries.
Build and manage online communities to improve brand engagement.
Handle basic Online Reputation Management (ORM) by monitoring reviews, comments, and customer feedback.
Identify and coordinate with influencers and content creators for brand collaborations.
Assist in planning influencer campaigns and maintaining influencer databases.
Track campaign performance and prepare weekly and monthly reports.
Conduct competitor analysis and share actionable insights.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns.
Ensure brand consistency across all digital communication.

Required Skills




Valuable understanding of social media platforms and algorithms.
Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Familiarity with influencer marketing and community management.
Basic understanding of ORM and customer engagement.
Solid communication and coordination skills.
Ability to identify trends and convert them into content ideas.
Good analytical and reporting skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment.

Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, or a related field.
Freshers with strong internship experience or candidates with 6–8 months of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
