Job Title: Delivery Coordinator

Location: Electric Vehicle Showroom
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the delivery schedule with customers and the sales team.
Ensure all vehicle documentation, invoicing, registration, and insurance formalities are completed before delivery.
Verify that the vehicle has successfully completed Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI).
Conduct vehicle handovers and explain key features, charging procedures, and safety guidelines to customers.
Ensure all accessories and customer-requested add-ons are fitted before delivery.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in vehicle delivery coordination, customer service, or automotive sales (EV experience preferred).
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and dealership management systems (preferred).
driving license is required
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
