KRC Infraprojects Pvt Ltd is seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant to manage financial planning, compliance, and reporting for highway infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Management
Maintain project accounts, ledgers, and financial records in compliance with accounting standards.
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and cash flow statements for highway projects.
Monitor fund utilization, toll revenue, and project expenditure.
Compliance & Audit
Ensure statutory compliance under Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST, and concession agreements.
Coordinate with statutory and internal auditors for timely completion of audits.
Prepare compliance notes and financial annexures for submission to authorities.
Project & Contract Support
Review financial clauses in concession agreements and EPC/O&M; contracts.
Assist in drafting financial justifications for claims, variations,



and force majeure events.
Support project teams with cost-advantage analysis and financial risk assessments.
Stakeholder Reporting
Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and government authorities for project financing and compliance.

Qualifications & Skills
Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5+ years of experience (preferably in infrastructure/highway projects).
Solid knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and financial compliance.
Excellent drafting and communication skills for skilled correspondence.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
