We are looking for legal professionals with robust expertise in commercial contracts, contract negotiations, and corporate legal operations.
Key Requirements:
2–5 years of experience in contracts management / corporate legal practice
Strong exposure to drafting & reviewing commercial agreements, SaaS contracts, NDAs, procurement contracts, licensing agreements, lease deeds, and MoUs
Experience in international contracts and complex commercial negotiations preferred
Candidates from manufacturing companies or diversified group companies preferred
Candidates from non-litigation / corporate legal background only
Reliable candidates with solid tenure in organizations preferred
Karnataka-based candidates preferred and must be open to travel
LLB mandatory | LLM / CS preferred
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
