About the Role
We're looking for a confident and target-driven Telecaller to join our sales team. You'll be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, pitching our products/services, and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads/database
Explain product/service features and pricing clearly
Handle customer queries and objections professionally
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets
Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups in CRM
Follow up with warm leads to close sales

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, tele-sales, or BPO
Positive communication skills in [Hindi/English/Telugu — specify]
Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented attitude
Basic computer knowledge (CRM/Excel)
Any Graduate
