The Floor Incharge is responsible for overseeing daily store floor operations, ensuring smooth workflow, excellent customer service, proper product availability, and staff supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily floor activities and staff.
Ensure proper product display, cleanliness, and store maintenance.
Monitor stock availability and coordinate replenishment.
Assist customers and resolve their queries.
Track staff attendance and performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Report operational issues to the Store Manager.
Requirements
Minimum qualification: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
Preference will be given to MBA candidates.
Experience in retail or pharmacy operations is preferred.
Positive communication, leadership, and team management skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office and retail software).
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
