We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be confident in meeting clients, generating business opportunities, and building long-term customer relationships.
Eligibility
Bachelor's degree (B.Com, BBA, B.Tech, MBA, or any graduate)
Minimum 1 year of experience in Field Sales or Business Development
Two-wheeler and a valid driving license are preferred
Key Responsibilities
Visit assigned customers and prospective clients.
Generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Present products and services to customers and address their requirements.
Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
Conduct market visits and identify potential leads.
Build and maintain robust customer relationships.
Follow up with customers to ensure timely closure of sales.
Maintain accurate records of daily field activities and customer interactions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service.
Skills Required
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Customer-focused approach
Self-motivated and target-oriented
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphone applications
