Electrical Technician – Job Description

Position: Electrical Technician (B Class License)

Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.
Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and circuit schematics.
Operate and maintain substation equipment, including Transformers, HT & LT Panels, VCBs, and ACBs.
Troubleshoot electrical faults and ensure timely rectification.
Carry out daily equipment inspections and maintain checklist records.
Follow all electrical safety standards and company procedures.
Maintain basic maintenance records using computer applications.

Requirements:
Valid B Class Electrical License.
Experience in industrial electrical maintenance and fault finding.
Knowledge of HT/LT systems, transformers, VCBs, and ACBs.
Ability to read electrical diagrams and troubleshoot breakdowns.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office or maintenance record entry).
ITI/Diploma in Electrical or a related field preferred.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
