Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Description

We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Telecaller – Student Counselling to connect with prospective students, explain our courses, and support them throughout the admission process.

Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective students and respond to incoming enquiries.
Explain course details, fees, and admission procedures.
Counsel students and parents to help them choose suitable courses.
Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records in the system.
Schedule counselling sessions and assist with the admission process.
Build positive relationships with students and ensure timely follow-up.
Meet daily and monthly counselling and admission targets.





Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Good communication and interpersonal skills in Tamil and/or English.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, and internet).
Experience in telecalling, customer service, admissions, or counselling is preferred.
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
