Conduct classroom, virtual, and community-based financial literacy sessions.
Deliver interactive workshops on personal finance, banking, digital payments, savings, investments, and financial planning.
Facilitate awareness programs on government financial inclusion initiatives and social security schemes.
Use practical examples, case studies, and group activities to improve learner engagement.

Curriculum & Content Development
Develop and update training modules, presentations, handouts, and assessment materials.
Customize content based on the target audience, including students, rural communities, self-help groups (SHGs), and entrepreneurs.
Ensure training content aligns with current financial regulations and industry practices.

Assessment & Mentoring
Conduct pre- and post-training assessments to evaluate learning outcomes.
Provide one-on-one guidance to participants on financial planning and responsible financial behavior.
Monitor participant progress and recommend additional learning where required.

Community Outreach & Awareness
Organize financial literacy camps, awareness drives, and outreach programs.
Coordinate with banks, government departments, NGOs, educational institutions, and community organizations.
Promote financial inclusion and digital financial literacy among underserved communities.

Reporting & Documentation
Maintain attendance, assessment records, and participant databases.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly training and outreach reports.
Track program outcomes and impact indicators.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
