1–2 Years of experience

Understanding of RESTful API design and consumption.

Experience integrating third-party APIs and services.
Solid understanding of Git workflows (branching, merging, pull requests).
Working knowledge of unit testing and code quality practices.

4–6 Years of experience




Experience designing scalable backend architectures.
Hands on experience in microservices architecture
Performance optimization (API & DB)
Security best practices (authentication, authorization)
Code review and PR Review of juniors
Mentoring juniors.

6+ Years of experience
System design & high-level architecture
Team leadership and project ownership
Hands on experience on Cloud services (AWS/Azure)
CI/CD Implementation Experience
Business requirement understanding & decision making
