Position: Staff Engineer

Experience Range: 7 to 9 yrs​

Job Location: Bangalore

Working Days: 5 Days

As a Staff Engineer specializing in Node.js, you will play a crucial role in the development and maintenance of our web applications and services -_- You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize software solutions that meet our customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead, Design and Develop and maintain server-side applications using Node.js -_-
Collaborate with backend and front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
Lead/Design and implement APIs for web applications -_-
Write clean, maintainable, and effective code, following best practices and coding standards.
Troubleshoot and debug issues across the entire application stack -_-
Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
Collaborate with product managers, designers,



and other stakeholders to define and refine software requirements -_-
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to suggest improvements and drive innovation.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) -_-
Proven 7 years of experience in software development with a focus on Node.js. Robust proficiency in JavaScript and Node.js frameworks -_-
Knowledge of RESTful API design and development.
Familiarity with NoSQL and/or SQL databases -_-
Version control using Git and collaborative development using Git workflows. Understanding of containerisation (e.g --, Docker) and orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes) is a plus --
Knowledge of software development best practices, including testing, code reviews, and documentation.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills -_-
Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently.
Robust desire to learn and adapt to new technologies

Pay: ₹4,000,000.00 - ₹6,000,000.00 per year
