PURPOSE OF ROLE

He/She is responsible for ensuring secure, efficient, and reliable operation of all restaurant equipment, utilities, and facilities. Candidates will be required to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to minimize downtime and ensure smooth restaurant operations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Equipment Maintenance & Repairs
Perform routine and preventive maintenance on kitchen equipment (e.g., ovens, fryers, grills, refrigerators).
Diagnose and repair basic mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
Ensure all HVAC, refrigeration, and utility systems operate efficiently.
Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs when needed.
Facility Upkeep
Inspect and maintain building interiors and exteriors, including lighting, flooring, plumbing, and fittings.
Maintain cleanliness and safety of maintenance areas and tools.
Preventive Maintenance
Execute daily, weekly, monthly, and annual PM schedules.
Predict and address potential mechanical failures.
Maintain updated PM checklists for all equipment.




Document all maintenance activities accurately and maintain inspection logs.
Operational Support
Respond promptly to emergency repair requests from restaurant teams.
Assist with installation and setup of new equipment.
Support energy-saving and cost‑optimization initiatives.

Skills & Competencies
Robust troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and HVAC systems.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Willingness to travel between multiple outlets (if required).
Physical ability to lift, bend, and perform manual work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
