Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Operations & Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process and support daily HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong recruitment skills, knowledge of HR processes, and the ability to handle employee-related activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
Manage employee onboarding, induction, and joining formalities.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
Support employee engagement and HR initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
Coordinate with department heads to fulfill hiring requirements.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly HR and recruitment reports.

Requirements




Bachelor's Degree or MBA in Human Resources or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Operations and Recruitment.
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and HR practices.
Experience using job portals such as Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri, and other sourcing platforms.
Positive communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment.
