Qualifications & Requirements
For PGT English (Classes XI–XII)
Master’s degree (M.A.) in English from a recognized university.
B.Ed. degree (mandatory as per CBSE norms).
Minimum 3–5 years teaching senior secondary CBSE students preferred.
Robust command over English literature, critical appreciation, and advanced language skills.
For TGT English (Classes VI–X)
Bachelor’s degree in English (Honours/Pass) from a recognized university.
B.Ed. degree (mandatory as per CBSE norms).
Minimum 2–3 years teaching experience in middle or secondary classes preferred.
Proficient in teaching grammar, prose, poetry, and communicative English.
