We are building AI-driven SaaS solutions for enterprise finance at Auditoria.ai,
focused on automating complex back-office business processes across
corporate finance using AI/ML and advanced language models. As a Lead Full
Stack Developer, you will drive the design and development of scalable,
intelligent applications across the stack, with a strong focus on building AI
powered and agentic workflows that deliver real-time insights, streamline
financial operations, and reduce manual effort for global finance teams.
Qualifications
10+ years of hands-on experience in full stack development
Strong proficiency in Node.js and React.js
Hands-on experience building AI/ML or GenAI-based applications (LLMs,
agentic workflows, NLP use cases)
Proven experience owning modules/features end-to-end in production
systems
Solid experience in system design and building scalable microservices
Experience building and scaling cloud-native SaaS applications
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, distributed systems, and data
modeling (RDBMS/NoSQL)
Experience with AWS services and production environments
Exposure to CI/CD, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
Ability to drive technical decisions and mentor junior engineers
Solid problem-solving skills and ability to work in rapid-paced
environments
Good to Have
Experience with advanced agentic frameworks, orchestration layers, or
prompt engineering at scale
Experience with multi-tenant SaaS architectures
Experience with enterprise integrations (SSO, email, etc.)
Background in FinTech domain
Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹6,000,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in HITEC City, Hyderabad, Telangana
