Batch Verification: Verify yarn lot numbers, counts (e.g., 20s, 30s, 40s), and blend compositions against delivery orders.
Weight Auditing: Cross-check the gross, net, and tare weights of yarn pallets or bags to ensure zero discrepancies.
Packaging Inspection: Ensure boxes or polypropylene bags are soundly strapped, labeled with moisture-barrier seals, and safely stacked.
Damage Control: Isolate any damaged yarn cones (e.g., oil stains, deformed cores) before they reach the loading bay. [1, 2, 3]

Logistics & Fleet Management
Carrier Coordination: Schedule internal container fleets or external transport vendors based on order sizes.
Freight Optimization: Plan productive space utilization within trucks to protect delicate yarn packages from crushing.
Loading Operations: Supervise the forklift and labor crews during actual truck loading to prevent accidents and damage.
